They are very good and friendly services. Diana does an impressive shockwave treatment. Mina is an excellent acupuncturist with an original acupuncture China treatment. I am lucky when my friends refer them to me. I am very pleased with their treatment.

I came to A-PLUS Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre after nearly a year of acute pain to my neck, shoulder and arm. Instead of getting better, with time the pain grew worse with numbness, tingling, and severe movement limitations. Then I started my journey into searching for a suitable therapist to help me keep my pain under control. At last I came to A-Plus Centre. There, in as little as 6 weeks, Michael's massages significantly reduced the pain of my neck, back and arms and improved the quality of my muscle tone. Michael has been very instrumental in setting a new record in the improvement of my condition. Encouraged to pursue my treatments with A PLUS to further improve my range of motion limitations and hand numbness, Joy (Osteopath) is now being consulted. Joy has a vast expertise and knowledge. Her hand-on accurately assessed my condition and I am again encouraged that her input into my present condition will further progress the healing of my injured arm. At 78 years of age, progression or lack thereof from acute (now chronic) injury maybe dependent on several factors, not all related to great quality Therapists (like Michael and Joy) who are most dedicated to offer their skills and talents to help us. At my age and in my condition, progression means one small step at a time. But it is better than no progression at all. I have rightly trusted Michael and now I trust Joy to lead me onward. A PLUS is a great place to heal. Everyone wear the best of smiles. It is a lovely, superbly maintained clinic.

I have been going to APlus Physiotherapy since January and have nothing but good words to say! Michael Malvern who has been treating me is fantastic! He is patient, kind, explains all procedures thoroughly and makes certain you are comfortable. He has sent off reports to different doctors to update and follow up. He has sent texts to follow up as to how I was feeling and recommended icing the site. He cares deeply about his patients. I saw Michael several years ago and searched him out when I required physio again. I highly recommend him and the clinic. Front staff are all happy and cheerful and always helpful too! I recently suffered a sprained ankle and was refereed to Micheal Malvar. Mike took the time to thoroughly assess my injury and explain the treatment plan that was easy to understand. I went to see Michael Malvar several times now for multiple issues I had developed over time. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand your pain as well educate you what the issue is.

I highly recommend seeing Michael as he has healed many of my pains like low back pain, inflamed muscles, and partial torn rotator cuff. He is definitely my go-to physiotherapist when these pains occur.

All staff members here are professional and highly knowledgeable.

I went for knee physio and was fortunate to have Michael as my physiotherapist. He thought me how to stretch and strengthen the muscles surrounding my knees and that helped me get back to squatting with minimal pain. I’m very happy with the services provided at A Plus Physio. I play volleyball regularly and always seem to sustain minor injuries. I’ve been going to see Diana, Mike, and Justin over the past few years to treat those injuries and have nothing but wonderful experiences each time. Mike is the person I regularly see now, and he has a knack for isolating exactly what happened to your body, will take the time to explain them to you and will explain what his intention with the treatment is. He is attentive and observant with your results to ensure that you are receiving the correct treatment.
Diana and Justin are just the same. Would highly recommend A Plus Physio to anyone I know who needs a treatment.

I have a history of issues with my dominant arm and it was tennis elbow that finally got me to find a new physio therapist. After only 3 sessions with Michael, my pain had subsided significantly. Michael is very knowledgeable with shockwave therapy, acupuncture and manual therapy. He is now working on the long term issue in which I am seeing more progress than I have ever had with any of the 5+ therapists I have seen in the past. The reception staff is also super delightful! Plenty of free parking and accessible access.

I have been to other physiotherapist clinic but I never found one like this. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by such a kind person named princess.

So, a physiotherapist named Michael was assigned to me right away. I can't say enough of this man, he went beyond his task in helping me get better. He's human, caring, funny and so knowledgeable. I saw him acting the same way with all the other patient I crossed during my session. I can't say enough good things about him.

All the staff, no matter who, always seems in a good mood and ready to help out and go the extra step to make you feel welcome and special.

I would recommend this place 300%. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness and mostly for making my recovery a great one!

I cannot thank my friend enough for referring me to Diana, a physiotherapist in APlus. Despite living in Toronto, I was more than willing to make the trip because of the rave reviews I had heard. And let me tell you, it was absolutely worth it!

But what truly set Diana apart was her expertise and ability to heal. My shoulder injury had plagued me for years, and I had tried countless treatments without success. I've been going to A Plus Physio since January 2023 to treat my TMJ Disorder. The staff are very friendly and my physiotherapist, Michael Malvar, has been exceptionally professional, kind, and knowledgeable. After seeing him regularly for treatment for just a couple of months, my symptoms have vastly improved and I have jaw pain far less frequently than I did before.
